Throughout my career, I've served on business transformation teams, led major software implementations, developed and optimized standard operating procedures (SOPs), and mapped business processes to identify pain points and improve workflows. I've also coordinated complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and moving pieces—turning big-picture goals into organized, actionable plans.

Beyond the corporate world, I've worked alongside entrepreneurs in industries including construction, cleaning, automotive dealerships, sign manufacturing, vacation rentals, long-term rentals, and more. That experience allows me to bring corporate-level operational strategy to small businesses without adding unnecessary complexity.

I hold an Associate's Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Organizational Leadership. I bring a proactive mindset, strong communication, attention to detail, and a natural ability to bring structure to complex operations.
