With more than 20 years of experience in corporate healthcare and small business operations, I help entrepreneurs build the operational foundation they need to grow with confidence. I partner with business owners to streamline processes, manage projects, improve team accountability, and create the systems that keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Throughout my career, I've served on business transformation teams, managed major software implementations, documented and optimized standard operating procedures (SOPs), and mapped business processes to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows. I've managed several departments with 35+ employees across nine office locations and successfully oversaw more than 45 client accounts simultaneously, coordinating complex projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Beyond the corporate world, I've worked alongside entrepreneurs in industries including construction, real estate investing, automotive dealerships, sign manufacturing, vacation rentals, long-term rentals, and more. That experience allows me to combine corporate-level operational strategy with the flexibility and practical problem-solving growing businesses need.
I hold an Associate's Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Organizational Leadership. More importantly, I bring a proactive mindset, strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for bringing order to complex operations.
